Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2026-08-11
GEIA LLC d/b/a DSGex wants dsgex.ai to be usable by as many people as possible. This page states our target, what works today, what does not yet, and how to reach us if you hit a barrier.
1. Target Standard
We aim for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. DSGex is currently partially conformant: most of the Platform meets the standard, but some parts do not, as set out below. We assess ourselves through manual and automated testing; no independent third-party audit has been performed.
2. What Is in Place
- a. Light and dark themes across the Platform, with palettes chosen for text contrast.
- b. A fully bilingual English and Vietnamese interface.
- c. Keyboard navigation and visible focus states on the marketing, legal, sign-in, checkout, and standard form controls.
- d. Semantic HTML, form labels, and alternative text for images that carry meaning.
- e. Responsive layouts that hold up under zoom and on smaller screens.
3. Known Limitations
DSGex is a real-time market terminal. Several core components are inherently visual and are not yet fully accessible:
- a. The Heatmap, Live Map, Orderflow, and orderbook heat views are canvas-rendered. Screen readers cannot describe individual cells, and these views are not yet fully keyboard-navigable.
- b. Some dense data tables and option-chain grids use small type to fit more data; there is no in-product text-size control yet.
- c. Continuously updating data is not announced through ARIA live regions, because doing so would produce unusable screen-reader noise.
- d. Some charts convey information primarily through colour (for example buy/sell pressure). We are progressively adding labels and shapes so colour is not the only cue.
- e. Third-party content — Stripe checkout pages, the TradingView chart underneath our extension overlay — is outside our control.
4. Alternatives
If a visual component blocks you, contact support@dsgex.ai. We can supply the equivalent information in text or tabular form for our core metrics and will work with you on a workaround.
5. Feedback
We treat accessibility reports as bugs. Email support@dsgex.ai with the page you were on, your assistive technology and browser, and what you could not do. We respond within 5 business days and will tell you our intended fix.
