Affiliate Terms

1. Eligibility

• a. You must hold a DSGex account in good standing and be 18 or older.
• b. Referral codes and links are personal. You may not sell, auction, or transfer them.
• c. The program is for individuals. Organized redistribution, paid media buying, or commercial partnership arrangements require a separate written agreement with us.

2. How Rewards Accrue

• a. When a new user signs up through your link or code and starts the 7-day free trial (a payment card is required), a 48-hour hold begins.
• b. After the 48-hour hold, 3 comp Pro+ days are credited to your account for that friend.
• c. One-time milestone bonuses: +30 days at 10 friends, +90 days at 20 friends.
• d. Banked days are capped at 180. On reaching the cap you may request an ambassador tier — Silver (365 days), Gold (730 days), or Platinum (1825 days). Tier upgrades are reviewed by an administrator and granted at our sole discretion.
• e. Comp days apply when your current paid plan ends, or immediately if you are on the Free plan. We do not refund time you have already paid for.

3. Reversals and Adjustments

• a. If a referred user receives a refund or files a payment dispute, the related reward is reversed.
• b. A referred user simply cancelling their trial does not forfeit rewards you already earned.
• c. We may correct or claw back days credited through a system error, double-counting, or display bug.

4. Fair Play — Prohibited Conduct

The following void rewards and may result in account closure:

• a. Self-referral, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, same-network (same IP) sign-ups, or disposable email addresses.
• b. Spam — unsolicited bulk email, mass direct messages, comment spam, or posting in violation of a third-party platform's rules.
• c. Bidding on our brand keywords ("DSGex", "dsgex.ai", and variants) in search advertising, or registering domains, social accounts, or apps that could be confused with DSGex.
• d. Presenting yourself as a DSGex employee, authorized representative, or official partner.
• e. Making performance claims, profit claims, or investment advice on DSGex's behalf. DSGex does not provide investment advice and you may not imply that it does.
• f. Using cashback, reward-sharing, or coupon-aggregator schemes to generate sign-ups.

5. Use of Our Brand

You may refer to DSGex by name and use unmodified product screenshots in a truthful description of the product. You may not modify our logo, use it in a way that implies endorsement, or register a confusingly similar mark. We may ask you to take down any promotional material and you must comply within a reasonable time.

Where the law requires it (for example U.S. FTC guidance), you must clearly disclose that you receive a reward when someone signs up through your link.

6. Nature of the Rewards

Comp days are promotional internal credit. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, cannot be transferred, are not refundable, and lapse when your account is closed. They are not securities, currency, tradeable points, or property.

You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards you receive, if any.

7. Program Changes and Termination

We may change reward rates, caps, tiers, or program rules, or suspend or end the program, at any time. We will give reasonable notice of adverse changes where practical. Days already credited to your account when the program ends remain valid, unless voided under Section 4.
